We are seeking a result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) who can develop new business opportunities, manage key customer relationships, and achieve sales targets within the assigned region. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial, manufacturing, construction, oil & gas, and infrastructure sectors.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and close sales deals.
- Expand the company’s customer base within the assigned territory.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of concerns.
- Develop long-term business partnerships with clients.
Market Expansion & Channel Development
- Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Identify emerging business opportunities and new market segments.
- Increase brand visibility through customer engagement activities.
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with operations, accounts, and service teams for smooth execution.
- Prepare sales forecasts and territory development plans.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in B2B Sales, Industrial Sales, Safety Equipment Sales, PPE Sales, Lifting Equipment, or Technical Sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
